Withdraw from Paypal to Credit Card Pending More Than 48 hours

This is first time I withdrawn my money from paypal to credit card more than 48 hours (usually within 48 hours), I also don’t know what happen to this transaction. I already sent them ticket and asked for help so that I can withdraw my money as soon as possible.

I don’t know paypal will take how long to resolve this issue, but I already waited 3 days since I sent them ticket to get help on last Saturday. I’m actually too impatience person, every two days I will resent my ticket to remind them.

Blogger, do you face this problem before?

  1. Were you not able to transfer your funds to a bank account as opposed to a credit card or did you just want to use it to pay off your bill? Depending on the day of the week that you made the withdrawal sometimes they take longer. You did it on the 29th, so a Tuesday; it should have gone through by the weekend. However, sometimes it doesn’t get processed right away and because of the timing, the weekend would hold it up. It hasn’t even been a week yet, so give it a couple more days I would suggest. Although it may have been completed within PayPal your credit card company may not have recognized the transfer yet which could be another barrier – not PayPal but your card company. I’d just hang in there and wait it out. Good luck!

  4. i have the same problem. 3 ofmy withdraw pending since 2 weeks ago. i already contact my bank, they just told me no money sending to my acount.

    what happen to paypal?

I have tried to search this problem at Google.com, I found that many bloggers also facing the same problem. I kept sending them the email asking the status of my withdraw transaction, but paypal just asked me wait, wait and wait.

Nothing much we can do, since many bloggers faced same problem, I believe that their system having some problem caused the problem like this.

May be you gonna wait 3-4 weeks for them to solve this problem like the previous issue (must add US bank account to withdraw money)

For your information, all my pending transactions have been completed now, may be you have to check with paypal again.

  9. Guilherme says:

The transaction still pending since February 5!

I have sent an e-mail to paypal, they replyed:

“Thank you for contacting PayPal. We believe we responded to your recent inquiry either through a call into our service center or through another e-mail from you.”

Very useful information, they also suggested to call them, but I’m from forengy country :(

don’t worry! should be no problem afterward, what we have to do now is wait, but I hate to wait.

  11. Banks, the past 5- 7 years, have made it TOO easy for Filipinos to get a credit card to the extent that even folks who are inclined to incur bad debt are issued credit cards. My banker friend says it should be made illegal for banks to issue credit cards to people found to be“ high- risk”.

  12. Eric says:

Thanks for sharing this matter, honestly I’m not so sure about this. Luckily i don’t have bad debt for my credit card because I will maintain the good credit history for all of my credit cards.

    Withdraw to credit card??
Are you joking..? i never knew this was possible. i keep paying the huge fees they take for wire into cyprus…..
    wow

    is this still an option?

  17. bluevein says:

You can’t withdraw to credit card, only to Bank account, but you can withdraw to a paypal top up card (Visa) No credit checks just pay as you go from your paypal account.

This I find very useful and saves me a heap on transfer fees.
