Use Email Marketing Software to Increase Sales Revenue

I worked as Marketing Executive in my previous company, every time when my boss and Marketing Manager came back from trade show, they will ask me to prepare a official email for promoting our company and products and then send to our trade show visitors and customers. We targeted at least 10% of these email that sent out have to be replied, but most of the time, we only manage to get 2-3% of people who have replied us back.

I was thinking to suggest my boss to use email marketing software to reach our targeted customers because it is one of the strongest tools helping in building strong relations with our target audiences. I preferred web based email marketing software because it allows us to easily create, manage, and analyze our email marketing campaigns.

Actually we have website, but in most case and according to the stats report generated from stats analysis, almost 90% of visitors visit our website will leave and never come back. Therefore, we cannot totally depend on the website to get new customers, email marketing also plays as important role to increase our target sales.

What do you think? I personally think that if you have use email marketing software for your online business, I can guarantee your sales will be increasing, may be it not a big increase, but at least this is better than nothing.

    Hi, i do agree with you that email marketing can increase the company sales, but i dont think it is the most effective tools as it cant target the right people.
