Egnyte is awesome! I am a customer and use it regularly to share files with clients and backup data. It is the only solution I found that offers iphone access and it is really easy to use.

I found it as an IT Professional hard to use. The support is outsourced and the language barrier is a problem. The guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The support tickets took to long to be resolved. We went with a couple of days without backups because they were doing maintenance. Then wouldn’t refund after we canceled due to the fact that we needed a reliable backup. Same thing with my personal use. I wouldn’t recommend it.
