Blogging-Secret.com Gained PR3 After First Round of Update of Google Page Rank in 2008, but
Only 1 day I didn’t online because I went to Kuala Lumpur to meet my old friends, I found that there is a big change of Page Rank on my Google Toolbar. My Blog, Blogging-Secret.com apparently gained PR3 from unranked previously, which means that Google was working on the first round of Page Rank update in 2008. In fact, I didn’t expect Google updated Page Rank so early this time.
I also found that some of my pages got PR3 and PR2, I just feel strange and wonder why my Free Theme page, Wordpress Plugin category, Wordpress Themes category and archives page got PR0. Who can explain this why?

I don’t think so because I have some links for free theme page. I think Google hate blogger put the free theme owner’s blog link at the bottom of the free theme. Seemingly Google start to penalize free theme link now.

first of all, congratulation on you effort. mine also got pr3 less than 2 months. i hope you read what i wrote about.
i visit a lot of blogs and found that some of them still play with link farm,link train,tagging… or similar. i already warning them that google will penalize them someday.

Congratulation to you too! But now seems Google changed their page rank algorithm again. Anyway, we can just wait and see how in near future.

It’s very strange, for one of my sites I got some PR2 internal pages but the home remained PR0. This is despite only putting the site onto 2 blog rolls that I own. I didn’t get any internal links.

My company web got a PR1 in first time. However, I did not do any SEO or web directories submit in the past two months. I really do not know how google PR work. Anyway, I’m glad to have it.
