Advertising Offer That I Hate
Last month, I have received an email from someone regarding the advertising offer that I hate. This guy wants to place paragraphs on specific pages of my website as below, just at the end of the blogpost, before the comments. The paragraph will be custom written with maximum 4-5 links to match the content of the site.

(P/S: These 7 pages are most read blog posts, you can see how smart this advertiser select my blog post for cheap advertising)
He offered me $70 in total for the selected 7 posts ($10 per post) as below which will stay permanent. You are clever, you should know how cheap this advertising for life, right? I have tried to negotiate the price with him several times, but he couldn’t offer me the price that I’m expected, that’s why I REJECTED his offer finally.
Have you receive such email to ask for such cheap advertising on your blog?

Yea bro.. many of these people around buying old blog post in-text links. The one you mention here is somewhat different and more intrusive which I would not even consider. In-text link on ancient posts is still ok to a certain extent as long as the keyword they want is short and sweet… and at the right price too of course… LOL!

I’ve got plenty of emails like that. And I actually took the offer for one of my websites. It didn’t have very much traffic to it and I haven’t had a plan to make it successful. So for an inactive site, I thought 70 bucks was quite nice.
But I would never accept it on any of my more popular sites.

Yes, I don’t care if I accept this cheap advertising offer for those my “lousy” blog, but Blogging Secret will not going to accept the cheap advertising like this.
